Job Title: Sales Consultant at FaveQuest

FaveQuest is looking for a hungry Sales Consultant to join our team!
FaveQuest (http://FaveQuest.com) develops awesome and social mobile
apps that inform, engage and entertain. We have developed mobile and
web apps for many satisfied customers including large organizations such
as Montreal’s Just for Laughs Festival and Ottawa’s H.O.P.E. Volleyball
Summerfest as well as smaller local ones.
We also provide mobile app solutions that are feature-rich yet
incredibly affordable and easy-to-use for community events (http://
MyEventApps.com), ride-based organizations (http://MyRiderApps.com),
and professional events (coming soon!).The sales consultant is primarily
responsible for selling these three products to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out all sales activities in North America
- Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
- Build and maintain the customer database in Salesforce
- Make sales calls and contact both potential and existing clients
- Keep records of all interactions with customers
- Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product
- knowledge
- Develop innovative and creative sales techniques
- Give demonstrations to customers and educate them about the
- product
- Participate in weekly sales call
- Participate in sales events like trade shows and seminars
- Meet or exceed the sales quotas
Skills and Qualifications:
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required, French is an asset)
- Good negotiation skills, innovative and persuasive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter and driven individual with the desire to maintain a goal oriented path
- View challenges and obstacles as opportunities
- Outgoing, energetic and confident
- Understand basic customer service and business principles
- Commerce degree or specialization in sales is an asset
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
- Knowledge of mobile industry and products is an asset
This is a full-time position where the candidate will work from home. We
are primarily looking for someone who resides in the Ottawa area. We offer
a very competitive salary and a unique compensation package that includes
a base salary and commissions that are directly linked to the revenues
generated.
